1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, treatments, bookings, and use of the website www.malistylist.com. By making an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Mali Stylist provides professional beauty services, including but not limited to permanent makeup, eyebrow treatments, lash services, keratin treatments, and related beauty treatments. All services are performed according to professional standards and hygiene regulations applicable in the Netherlands.

3. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via other communication channels provided on the website. A booking is only confirmed once it has been accepted by Mali Stylist.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend (no-show) may result in being charged the full treatment price.

• This policy complies with Dutch consumer law and is necessary due to reserved time and preparation.

5. Prices & Payments

• All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Mali Stylist reserves the right to change prices at any time.

• Payment must be made before or immediately after the treatment using the available payment methods.

6. Consultations & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health, skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications, or previous treatments. Mali Stylist is not liable for adverse results caused by withheld or incorrect information.

7. Results & Expectations

Beauty and permanent makeup results may vary per individual due to skin type, lifestyle, healing process, and aftercare. No guarantees can be given regarding final results.

8. Aftercare

Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided. Mali Stylist is not responsible for complications or unsatisfactory results caused by failure to follow aftercare advice.

9. Liability

Mali Stylist is not liable for indirect damages, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction when treatments are performed correctly and according to professional standards. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Complaints

Complaints must be reported within 7 days after the treatment. Mali Stylist will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable solution.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

12. Changes to Terms

Mali Stylist reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
